Another day, another new beauty fad to be embraced by the nation. Demi Moore is a huge fan of the beauty benefits of the ancient art of mummification. Apparently the bandages tone, moisturise and slim! It is hard to take beauty advice though from someone who has spent thousands of dollars on plastic surgery, although she does still look incredible!
Gwyneth Paltrow is also no stranger to strange ways of relaxation and spa treatments and recently said that dipping into natural water is her top tip for conquering stress. “Water represents mercy and is also our ‘spiritual mother’. As we immerse ourselves in water we can envision current or past worries and situations that are plaguing us, and let them wash away from us.” Call me crazy, but there is not a single river near me that I would consider dipping even my smallest toe in never mind going for a spiritual type swim in!
It was also recently revealed that the one and only Simon Cowell spends a small fortune on anti-ageing treatments. He has always sworn by the benefits of freshly squeezed drinks and is a massive fan of smoothies and vitamin juices. He also has an expensive skin care regime with favouring products from the very exclusive NuBo range. (Is this where the name of his musical find Su-Bo came from?) With some products costing £200 per bottle, it is safe to say that I will not be changing to that brand any time soon!
It crazy how much some celebrities spend on beauty regimes and pampering, and frankly I am just a little bit jealous! If you would like the chance to be pampered and also take a friend along for the treat, then you will be glad to hear that Gala Bingo are giving away a great prize! We are giving one lucky winner £300 worth of luxury spa vouchers! To enter, all you need to do is Like our Facebook page and enter your email in Spa Day Prize Draw. Find more details here.
